Description
This is an Aquilegia I grew from seeds a former neighbor gave me; she had two plants of different heights, both displaying the same wonderful glaucous foliage and large ivory flowers. And the same I obtained from seeds – it is not dwarf, about 45 cm tall and the most admired columbine in the garden!
Even when not in flower the fan-shaped, blue grey foliage it is overly ornamental, and rarely display leaf miner symptoms. Seedlings may be variable but easy to keep only the desired ones; it will flower in the second year.
Germination: sown in the fall outdoors; or GA3 treatment.
