A meadow-rue with conspicuous foliage – the leaflets have whitish undersides with glandular hairs and the margins slightly revolute, hence the name. It can form hybrids with T. dasycarpum.
Dioecious; the male plants are quite showy with long white stamen filaments.
Variable as height depending on the conditions it grows and tolerates very well full sun conditions.
Germination: sown in the fall or spring (after cold-moist stratification).
