This is a milk vetch with a shrubby appearance and a fine, overall texture given by the compound foliage with many small leaflets. The white, pea-like flowers appear in June. Fruits are ovoid pods, ornamental and long lasting
A good pollinator plant also with wildlife value, it is great for naturalizing projects and restorations.
Germination: best with scarification of the seeds and moist/cold stratification or try the Hot water treatment.
