Description
A clump forming sedge with an extremely handsome light-green foliage; shiny leaves branching from the main stem resemble a bit a palm tree. Depending how you look at them, they could also remind those of a bamboo plant.
The featured image was taken one year in November! when still beautiful but not really in its best shape.
A very easy, attractive and not spreading Carex, at least not in a ‘regular’ garden bed like I have. For a part shade to full sun locations with enough moisture.
Germination: warm germinator.
