Description
A very nice Dianthus species, grown from wild collected seeds I received a few years ago.
Exquisite pink, fringed flowers with a red ring on +/- 30 cm flower stems in July, with a long blooming period. Similar in look with Dianthus sylvaticus (listed as syn. subspecies for a while). Good at the edge of the flower bed, including in part-shaded locations.
Germination: easy like all other Dianthus species; warm germinator.
