Description
Foliage size/shape (hairy underneath) the carpels, red anthers filaments, flowers… all fit for P. wittmanniana but the specimen has been grown from garden seeds and these are seeds again from a garden specimen, so hybridization is very likely involved.
P. wittmanniana can have white or light yellow flowers; seeds from the specimen in the featured image.
Maybe more correctly would be to grow them all under the name of Paeonia daurica s.l. but then P. mlokosewitchii should be included in the category as well.
Germination: warm/cold cycles.
