Description
A gorgeous Pulsatilla (formerly Anemone) with large, white showy flowers appearing after the snow melt, at the same time with the glacier lilies. After flowering, the stems elongate and display large, silky seed heads; also beautiful ferny-like foliage to complete the ‘package’.
A great wildflower to grow, for a sunny, slightly moist location (at least temporarily in the spring).
Germination: sown right away or in the fall/early winter.
