Description
Lathyrus vernus is a most useful and beautiful perennial; it remains in a tight clump, emerges in early spring and then gets covered in myriads of pea-like flowers. It will grow well in full sun, also in part-shaded positions, in which case it will remain in flower for a longer period of time.
A mix of seeds from specimens with purple flowers.
Germination: sow in the fall or early spring; seeds require scarification (sand papering works just fine).
