Description
On the account I already gave other ssp. of A. narcissiflora as Anemonastrum, we’ll continue the same (in fact it is the ‘official’ name).
A gorgeous species with numerous inflorescences of white, large flowers, often blue tinged on the dorsal side; palmate leaves, mostly hairy on robust clumps.
For full sun and relatively moist locations, or at least moist in the spring; super cold hardy.
Germination: best if sown as soon as possible in late fall/early winter; usually requires afew weeks of slightly warm temp. (fall like) followed by cold-moist stratification; variation is possible depending on the location of mother-plants.
