Description
The Burnet rose grows as a round, bushy shrub with spiny stems. The young foliage is usually red, creamy, white large flowers in May, followed by conspicuous, shiny black hips.
Beautiful, easy to grow rose, useful in large garden, hedges.
Germination: cold/moist stratification for 4 months, sow in late fall; scarification would improve/speed up the germination.
Keep your pot for 2 years, most Rosa species will still germinate over a few years, especially if the seeds have not been scarified.
