Description
The Asian counterpart of our T. aurantiacum, but with a lower height and lobed leaves; also white fruits in late summer fall. They are ornamental and persist for quite a long time.
Beautiful foliage plant for the woodland garden, you will receive questions about it (the flowers are insignificant). I don’t know why isn’t cultivated more, it grows quite fast from seeds and also withstands some dry shade.
Germination: the plant who produced seeds this year was grown from seeds (flowering in 3-4 years). The seeds need scarification of some sort, just like T. aurantiacum, and then subjected to cold/moist stratification outdoors.
