Description
A gorgeous Fritillaria with orange/red shaped bell flowers along the stem. This is a species from the subgenus Liliorhiza, with bulbs that form ‘rice-grain bulbils’.

Germination: according to the Frits experts the best time to sow Fritillaria sp. is in late summer/fall: Aug/Sept. to mid October.
Alternatively cold/moist stratification can be provided in the fridge (aprox. 3 months).
