Description
Seeds from a single (and yet young) specimen with large, blue with multipetal tendency. Forms of H. acutiloba are rather rare in SW Ontario, this one made an exception.
Of course, no guarantee that it will come true from seeds; we’ll see in the next years…
Germination:
Hepatica seeds may all germinate in the first spring after sowing; or they may germinate after one more year, or a combination of both. It is necessary to take care of the pots during all this time! The first flowering: after 3-4 years.
