Description
A very nice multipetal form of Hepatica nobilis obtained by chance. Compact growing and with purple/blue flowers (hard to say the exact color), more of a violet shade. Some plants will form a simple flower in the first year, and afterwards multipetals. Hardy and easy going, dare I say more easy going than some H. americana forms?!
Germination: instructions will be provided with the seeds.
In general, Hepatica seeds may all germinate in the first spring after sowing; or they may germinate after one more year, or a combination of both. It is necessary to take care of the pots during all this time! The first flowering: after 3-4 years.
