Description
An exquisite and rare woodland peony, which according to the most recent study has been included into Paeonia obovata. For now we’ll keep it as it is…
Everything from the reddish leaves emerging in the spring to the delicate, white cup-shaped flowers and the most exquisite fruits make for those moments when you feel that your garden holds the whole world within. Perhaps a small one, but full of happiness….
Germination: if sown fresh in very early fall, Peony seeds will germinate readily. If not, they will need a warm/moist period followed by a cold/moist period for complete germination. So, it may take 2 years for the first leaves to appear.
