Description
A dainty catchfly with a very fine overall texture, 10-15 cm tall. It forms a clump of thin stems with linear leaves, topped with many white flowers during the summer.
An excellent Silene with a fine texture, making a nice contrast with other species in the rockery. It proved to be easier to establish than Silene pusilla, another species with very fine foliage.
Germination: easy, warm germinator.
