Description
A bulbous perennial which will develop few basal, lanceolate leaves and tall flowering stems with white flowers in large inflorescences – impressive. It will die back in late summer.
Poisonous like all other Zigadenus (Anticlea species).
Germination: most likely it requires 2-3 months of cold/moist stratification, ie. sow in late fall/early spring. Sow in the fall (and place the pots outside) or in the spring after a period of cold-moist stratification in the fridge.
