Description
Like the common name implies, this is a Potentilla-like plant leaves and flowers wise, found growing in all sorts of wetlands. The flowers have a striking aspect with a combination of greenish sepals and deep red petals.
A very tough species when cultivated in proper locations and it may spread around.
There are reports of medicinal usage by Native Americans. Also, the leaves and the seeds serve as food for various aquatic birds.
Germination: said to be a warm germinator (18-20C).
