Description
A delicate but tough spring apparition with bluish foliage and pinkish-lilac spurred flowers with a dark spot.
A great spring ephemeral, just like C. solida; it goes dormant as soon as the seeds are set and weather begins to warm up.
It is usually the first Corydalis to emerge in early spring.
Germination: all explained in detail here – Growing Corydalis solida and allies from seeds
This species usually starts flowering very fast from seeds.
It can also be sown directly in the garden (incorporate the seeds into the ground, best close to a perennial/fern, or anywhere else you know no new planting will be done).
